One handsome, young, Welsh gentleman by the name Keiran Cable can testify to this! About 18 months ago, he met and fell in love with 19-year-old Jess Ferguson. It wasn’t long before he convinced her to become his girlfriend.
Always together
The two have only had eyes for each other since then! But his closest mates didn’t like the fact that Kieran was spending so much time with his newfound love. In retaliation, they decide to play a hilarious prank to get the message across that they missed him. One day while his friends were enjoying pints at the local pub, they started chanting “RIP Keiran” because they hadn’t seen him in ages.
Coffin
In a moment of brilliance, his friends decided that they would throw a funeral in his honor. The event organizer was one of Keiran’s friends, Shaun Bundy, who spent a whole two days making a coffin for the ‘big day.’ On Sunday, Kieran went to the local pub to watch a game of rugby, only to be greeted by his friends donning funeral attire.
“It’s your funeral, mate!”
Amused, Keiran got into the coffin and was a right spot about the prank. One of his friends, Daniel Bundock, presided as the priest for the event.
Can you imagine that his friends even created a program for the funeral?
While in the coffin, Kieran was driven in a funeral car to every local pub in town. And after the prank, it looks like the message really got through. Keiran’s girlfriend Jess took the prank in stride, and said she was completely okay with the antics.
If anything, Keiran now has the freedom to go out with his friends whenever he feels like it!
